- high entrepreneurial self-efficacy
- top-tier STEM degrees
- strong access to Silicon Valley networks
Yet many of them do not choose founding as their main path.
Instead, four career principles emerge:
Skill Hunters, Strategists, Life Masters and Idealists – each with a different idea of what “success” and “entrepreneurship” mean.

Entrepreneurship is not only about founding startups – it’s also about how we design our careers in and around organisations, self-employment, and ecosystems.
