Rossitza Ivanova is a doctoral researcher in Entrepreneurship at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a research fellow with the University of Wuppertal’s Women Entrepreneurs in Science initiative. Her research examines impact measurement in gendered incubation and how founders’ success definitions evolve across the life course. She has received several distinctions, including the RENT Best Paper Award (2023) and the DIANA Best Qualitative Paper Finalist Award (2024), as well as scholarships from the German National Academic Foundation and the Foundation of German Business. Rossi has completed research stays at Dalhousie University (Canada) and IIT Bombay (India) and previously worked in global policy environments at the German Embassy in Hanoi and the GIZ. Alongside her academic work, she coaches inclusive entrepreneurship programs, teaches HIIT and yoga, and remains active in a debating-society; her long-term goal is to contribute to global gender-equality efforts.
