Kira Brinkmann is a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center and the Institute for Innovation Management at LMU Munich. Her work focuses on the dynamics of passion, looking at how multiple passions can coexist, come into conflict, change, and develop within and beyond entrepreneurship.
As part of the impACTup! managing team, she encourages entrepreneurial thinking across a wide range of fields and academic levels. She teaches innovation and entrepreneurship and works to bring research, teaching, and practice closer together to support meaningful and socially responsible venturing and learning.
Beyond her academic work, Kira is a volunteer paramedic, serving the community on both water and land with the DLRG (German Life Saving Association). Her experiences there provide a fresh creative spark for both her research and her teaching.
